New Builds & Renovations

Timeline: 8 months - 3 years

Elevate your new build or renovation with our comprehensive design service. We work with you from the beginning to manage the details. From concept to completion, we collaborate with your contractors, ensuring a stress-free transformation.

  • We always start with a consultation to get to know your needs and what you would like to accomplish with your space. This consultation will be 1.5 hrs billed at $175. After this, we will evaluate if we are a good fit for each other & will send over a quote to get your project started.

  • After we get to know your needs, we start designing your space. We will source finishes, furniture, and decor that fit within your budget. We will work closely with your contractor to ensure the project is executed properly. We will create a spec sheet for your contractor to use. We will have multiple design presentation meetings for the exterior, hard finishes and soft finishes.

  • After completing and approving the design we will start purchasing all the furniture and decor. We manage the communication with vendors and track all the items. We will outsource furniture store and delivery. This relieves a lot of stress for clients.

  • The most exciting and rewarding part of the process! We will install all your furniture, decor, and hang all your frames so you don’t have to do a thing!

Virtual Design

Timeline: 4 - 6 weeks

Our Virtual Design Service is a great option to receive the design experience on a smaller scale. If you need help with the design and are motivated to complete the installation yourself- this service is for you. I would recommend this service to those who feel comfortable purchasing products online.

  • We always start with an in-depth Zoom consultation to get to know your needs and what you would like to accomplish with your space.

  • After we get to know your needs, we start designing your space. We create a unique design plan for each space. We source furniture, decor and finishes that fit within your budget. If you have furniture you would like to keep, we can incorporate that into your design. Virtual Design Packages include elevations (as seen on the right), a floor plan, and a shopping list. This service includes 5 revisions. If additional revisions are required, time will be billed at the rate of $100 an hour.

  • Along with designing and creating a space plan, we also provide you with a shopping list. This list is to be used as a guide to help ensure you purchase the correct items in the right size, color, and quantity. You will then purchase all the items online.

  • This service includes email communication up until the final design submission date and the two weeks following. If you would like additional communication after that, time will be billed at $100 an hour.

Furnishing Project

Timeline: 3 months - 1 year+

Whether you've just completed your new build or desire to refresh your space, our Furnishing Service is designed for you! We create a unique design for your space and source everything you will need. We handle the procurement and installation to ensure a seamless transformation.

  • We always start with an in-depth consultation to get to know your needs and what you would like to accomplish with your space.

  • After we get to know your needs, we start designing your space. We create a unique design plan for each space. We source furniture and decor that will fit your space. We will present the design to you during a design presentation. This service includes 5 revisions. If additional revisions are required, time will be billed at the rate of $100 an hour.

  • Once the design is finalized we will start purchasing all the furniture and decor. We manage the communication with vendors and track all the items. We will outsource furniture store and delivery. This relieves a lot of stress for clients.

  • The most exciting and rewarding part of the process! We will install all your furniture, decor, and hang all your frames so you don’t have to do a thing!

*Payment in full is required before consultations and is non refundable. To book an in-person appointment, the meeting place must be within 15 minutes of Idaho Falls. If you live farther away but would still like to meet, email me and we can schedule an appointment with an added trip charge.

CONSULTATION FAQs

  • You can prepare as minimally or thoroughly as you would like. To make the most out of our time, I recommend putting together a document that includes photos of the space you want to discuss along with questions. You can use the file upload option while booking your appointment to upload documents you would like to share with me.

  • Normally our clients are happy to get all their questions answered during a call. They usually feel relieved to have a fresh set of eyes on their space. Calls are meant to get new ideas, questions answered and receive advice and collaborate to get your space closer to how you want it.

  • Please email me at ivory.interiors.design@gmail.com and we can find more dates that would work for both of us. If you would like to book further in advance that what is shown, please email me for that as well.

  • My consults have the option to take place via Zoom or in person if you live within the Idaho Falls, Idaho area. Before our appointment, I will send you a link to the Zoom call. During the call, time can be utilized however you would prefer. You can screen-share, show me your space, and receive advice. Consults are meant to be collaborative and are tailored to your needs & personal style.

  • We could meet wherever you would like. When booking your appointment you can input the address in the appointment details section. For example, we could meet in the space you need help with, the tile shop, flooring shop, appliance shop, etc.
