Summit Project Reveal

I am so excited to share the Summit Project with you. This project was a furnishing project for a new builder-grade home. The inspiration for this project came from earthy tones, dark wood, antiques, mixed with a minimalist style.

We achieved a minimalist style in this project by simplifying the bedding in the primary suite, and using intentional yet functional decor. The linen bedding in the primary suite creates a softer look paired with a long lumbar pillow that nearly spans the width of the bed. In 2024 we are trending towards less bed pillows which I am really on board with. It is easier to make a bed with less pillows and it creates a more luxurious feel. Count me in!

The dining room had a great layout but the light fixture had to go. We switched it out with a custom brass fixture that fits the space perfectly. We paired it with a larger rounded-edge dining table which fit the space better than what was there previously. We added antique dining chairs and upholstered chairs on the ends of the table. The linen drapery added a softness to the room that you can’t get from any other window treatment. I love adding drapery into every project - it makes such a big difference!

We are so happy with how this space turned out! If you would like to view more photos of The Summit Project click here. You can checkout our other projects on our Portfolio page.
